FSS, established in 1982, focuses on  two core disciplines: Finance and Technology. With expert Consultants specialising in specific sectors, FSS sources and places candidates in temporary, contract and permanent roles at every level throughout the UK and Continental Europe.  FSS is renowned for providing a high quality consultative service to clients and candidates in both contingent and retained search recruitment.

Our parent company, GW Professional, is part of the Goodwill Group, the fifth largest international recruitment organisation. Throughout Japan, the United States and Europe, the Group has 8,000 employees and operates under more than 100 different recruitment brands including: TAC Worldwide Companies and Advantage Human Resourcing.

Our commitment to raising standards includes:

• FSS retains our corporate membership with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) to ensure we are up to date with all recruitment and selection legislation.
• We have successfully been accredited REC Audited status, assuring clients, candidates and colleagues alike that our processes are in line with recommended Best Practice. This accreditation places us in the top 5% of the 7,000 REC members.
• Having gained Investors In People status, we are confident that our practices are both recognised and benchmarked.
