This is strengthened by our Training team who educate our Consultants to operate under clear 'Best Practice' guidelines, whilst skilled teams in IT, Payroll, Finance, HR and Marketing professionally administer our back office.

 

REC Audited

FSS is delighted that we have been awarded the coveted Audited status by the REC, with extremely positive feedback from the auditors and an impressive total score of 97%.

REC Audited status is confirmation that our processes and policies are of the highest standard, conforming to industry best practice and providing a strong foundation for excellence of service. The calibre of our staff who assisted in the process also received special mention by the auditors.

The award puts  FSS in the top 5% of REC's 7,000 members, and confirms our reputation as a Gold Standard recruiter.

Investors In People

FSS considers the Investors In People award as a fantastic achievement that recognises all our good people practices within the business as well as confirming that we are amongst the best companies to work for.

The assessor interviewed 60 employees & external temps across four days and it was clear from the feedback that the overriding impression given was of enthusiastic and committed people who enjoy working for the business with a true sense of involvement.

 

Carbon Neutral

We recognise environmental protection as part of our corporate responsibility; resulting in a collaboration with the Carbon Neutral Company to work towards proactively reducing our audited carbon emissions.

By implementing new technology from the latest power saving multifunctional copiers to lighting patterns to ‘NightWatchMan 5.0’ which automatically switches off our computers each evening, we can demonstrate our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. These, combined with our traditional methods of office recycling and our initial offsetting investment towards international Hydro Power Projects have enabled GW Professional to achieve carbon neutral status.
