Search
The competition for talent has never been greater. Many companies are seeking to recruit for similar level roles and each week there are a number of vacancies advertised in the press. 'Search' is traditionally used for executive level posts. However our success in recruiting middle to senior management roles through this methodology demonstrates it can work to think outside the box.

FSS will produce a list of target organisations based on location, size, culture, challenges etc. Our researcher will map out other companies' organisational charts, and candidates who match your requirements will be identified. These individuals will then be approached. At the initial stage, your organisation's name will remain confidential. The consultant's role is to gain enough information to ensure that the target is interested in the opportunity and has the correct mix of skills, knowledge and attitude to be taken to the next stage of the process.
