Recruitment academy

It is no longer necessary to already possess recruitment experience to join our company. Our Fast Track Recruitment Academy takes you from inexperienced ‘rookie’ to established Consultant, trained in all aspects of recruitment, sales and the technical side of your marketplace.

Your development will be led by our in-house specialist trainers, managers in the business, other colleagues and even clients. The eight-week intensive process allows enough time for each graduate of the Academy to absorb the day-to-day life of each business area.

To gain a place on the Academy, you will need to be the best of the best. Getting past a tough one-to-one Competency Based Interviewing process leads to a place on one of the dedicated Assessment Days. This selection centre will test organisational, selling, communications and interpersonal skills as well as give us a psychometric overview of you.  Just over half of our candidates pass on average and success with the Academy will give you the opportunity to work with and achieve the same financial rewards as the best in the industry.
